Guests interested in organizing a party of 10 or more individuals* for an event at the Orpheum Theatre will find many advantages through our group sales program. This program allows community and corporate groups the opportunity to receive added benefits for each show they book, plus personal, one-on-one service.

•No standing in line, tickets are mailed.

*In some cases, “groups” may be defined as a number other than 10 or more individuals.

Group Sales Deposit Policy:  All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. The purchasing group bears financial liability for any unused tickets. If a show is canceled, the group will be issued a full refund. If a show is rescheduled, the group will have the option of a refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled date.  In order to hold a group of tickets, a $10 deposit is required for each ticket.  Once seats are held, seats may be released without penalty, but the original deposit will still be kept and applied towards the tickets purchased.   Tickets may be held for an undisclosed amount of time, pending individual show approval.  If you need to cancel your order the deposit amount will not be refunded, but may be transferred to an event no more than one year past the date of deposit made for the original event.   Any questions regarding this policy can be referred to the Group Sales Department at 712.279.4850 ext. 6.
